Pre-reg pick-up

Hi, There is no mention on the website about pick-up for those of us that have pre-registered. And we have not received any pre-reg confirmation via email/snail mail or any postings of a pre-reg list on the website.

Where and when can we pick up pre-reg badges? On Friday?

Also, for those of us in AA, who have to be sign in at 9:30am on Saturday, with regular registration opening up at 9am, what do we do if we are still in line to pick up our pre-reg badges and cannot make it to AA in time? Can we realistically expect to only be in line for 30 min or less in order to make the AA sign-in deadline?

Pickup for pre-reg badges are available Friday afternoon and Sat morning. For those in AA you'll need the person who registered the table to pick up your passes (they're different than the general attendee passes) and there will be a different line for you (under exhibitor, press, guest etc pickup)

Pre-reg lines shouldn't be that long however if someone does mistakenly get stuck in the wrong line. Just make sure you have photo ID. The only hold up should be if you didn't pre-register and have to fill out the forms.

Could you provide some specifics (time and place?) for pre reg pick up on Friday /Saturday?

Since the only info on the web is about general registration (Sat and Sun info only- beginning at 9am- buying your registration at the door- its not clear enough). Usually cons have early pick up times for those who have pre-registered as one of the bonuses for those of us who took the effort to pre-reg.

the registrastion times are listed on the convention schedule (link here http://www.innocenteseraphim.com/index.php?pid=1450). Or on the registration page

For quick reference though here are the times:

Fri: 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm
Sat: 9:00 am to 7:00 pm
Sun: 9:00 am to 12:00 noon

Registration is located at the top of the escalators outside of the grandball rooms. Attendee Services personelle will be directing attendees without badges there as you come up the escalators and elevators and there will be additional signage to direct everyone to the right place

Unfortunately this year we don't have specific pre-reg pickup times - we'll look at perhaps having this in the future though. Thanks.

Hi Sarah,

We understand your concern and will try best to answer you questions. Currently, we do not have an earlier Pre-registration pick-up time, scheduled at the Registration desk. Both At-Convention Registration and Pre-Registration lines, at the Registration desk, are open at the same time.

For anyone who has pre-registered, they just need to bring their picture id and present them to the person working the Pre-Registration line located at the Registration area. It should be a pretty quick step process on Friday and Saturday.

Do you know if there is some leeway for pre-reg pickup times on Friday? (I saw that pickup times were for 3PM to 6PM) I'm afraid I won't get off work in time to get mine, and I'd rather not stand in line Saturday... Or would it be possible to send my significant other along with my ID to pick both of ours up?? Thank you in advance!
